The Pantech Element Android Tablet Only Matters Because It's Waterproof [Android]

The Pantech Element is a sorta nice, cheapo 4G LTE Android tablet for AT&T that has a 1.5GHz dual core processor and blazing fast download speeds (100Mbps! Yah! Sure! Only if you're inside a tower). It only costs $250 but requires a scar inducing 2-year contract (why!) but that's not the reason I care for it.
