British leadership has realized that banning citizens from using certain websites will not fix rioting,
the Guardian reports. Accordingly, they're ditching their ill-conceived, ill-advised proposal to block suspected rioters from Twitter, Facebook, BBM, and other equally stupid, pretend security measures.
